Interior Designer

About the role

CLEAR is hiring a full-time Interior Designer in Riyadh. The designer creates interior design concepts, manages projects from concept to completion and works closely with clients, contractors and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Create interior design concepts that meet client needs, develop mood boards and visual presentations, and conduct spatial assessments to produce functional layouts that follow safety and building codes.
• Research and source materials, furnishings and finishes, provide samples and specifications, and prepare cost estimates and negotiate with suppliers.
• Meet clients to discuss preferences, budget and objectives, and manage project budgets.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors, vendors and other professionals on site.
• Stay up to date on local building codes, safety regulations and industry standards, and visit sites after completion to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 3-5 years of interior design experience, including managing projects from concept to completion.
• Licensure or certification by a recognized board is preferred.

Required skills

• Design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona, Revit (BIM preferred), 3ds Max.
• Strong knowledge of materials and fabrics used in interior design.
• Strong creative and artistic skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
