Internal Audit Associate – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Audit Associate to support risk‑based internal audits within the Sales and Marketing functions. The role involves assessing processes, identifying risks, and contributing to audit reporting to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in risk assessment and audit planning for Sales and Marketing operations, including preparation of engagement letters and coordination with stakeholders.
• Document business processes, internal controls, and supporting systems; evaluate design and operating effectiveness under senior auditor supervision.
• Execute audit procedures, gather and analyze evidence, and support ad‑hoc reviews and investigations.
• Analyze performance data using Business Intelligence tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Track implementation of management action plans and follow up on remediation progress.
• Prepare draft audit findings and reports, maintain complete working papers, and ensure compliance with internal audit methodology.
