Internal Audit Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead the internal audit function for Reef Holding and its subsidiaries in Riyadh. The role will develop and execute a risk‑based audit plan, assess controls, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and obtain approval for an annual risk‑based internal audit plan covering financial, operational, compliance and governance areas.
• Conduct scheduled and surprise audits across departments, branches and business activities, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures.
• Review accounting records, financial transactions and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify control weaknesses, root causes and provide practical corrective and preventive recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and verify timely closure.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to executive management and the Audit Committee.
• Coordinate with external auditors to avoid duplication of work and support policy enhancements.
• Design and apply data‑analysis audit tools, using technologies such as ACL and Power BI, to improve audit efficiency and insight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Several years of experience in internal audit, risk management or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial, operational and regulatory risks.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining objectivity and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ACL audit software.
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
