Internal Medicine Nurse – Clinical Care

About the role

The Internal Medicine Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care in clinic and emergency settings, ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and readiness of the clinical environment for physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care following established policies, evidence‑based practice, and the nursing process.
• Prepare the clinic for physician use, managing consumable stock and medical equipment.
• Report equipment failures, safety issues, and supply shortages to the nurse supervisor.
• Advocate for patients and families while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain infection‑control standards and promote a safety culture.
• Document assessments, medical history, and medication administration accurately and timely.
• Contribute to clinical quality indicators, patient satisfaction, and cost‑efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
• Current SCHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) nursing licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (exempt for Saudi nationals with a Bachelor’s degree).
• Fluent spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Healthcare Information Systems.
