International Outside Sales Representative – Remote (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

This remote position is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on building relationships with businesses worldwide to address critical technology challenges. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and appointment setting to client meetings and closing deals—while collaborating with an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including high‑volume calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
• Achieve performance targets such as approximately 100 calls per day and at least three qualified appointments per week.
• Complete inside‑sales training and learn the company’s managed‑services, infrastructure, data‑protection, disaster‑recovery, connectivity, and communication‑tool solutions.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their technology challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage sales conversations, present value propositions, negotiate terms, and close B2B opportunities.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with customers through active listening and credibility.
• Maintain a proactive, goal‑oriented approach while contributing to team success and business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, services, or solution‑based selling.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident engagement with business decision‑makers and ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working toward ambitious sales targets.
• Adaptable, quick decision‑maker with a competitive mindset.
