Investment Manager – Private Equity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join our Alternative Investments team. The role focuses on private equity transactions, leading due‑diligence efforts and managing a portfolio of PE funds.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive due‑diligence for potential private equity investments, assessing market dynamics, competitive positioning, management teams and risks.
• Develop advanced financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate historical performance, projected returns, downside cases and valuation ranges.
• Review and negotiate legal agreements, fund terms and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations and recommendations for the Investment Committee.
• Maintain and update financial models to forecast fund performance, track metrics and conduct sensitivity analysis.
• Monitor existing portfolio investments, track performance, market trends and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the investment team to identify emerging trends, develop investment theses and execute PE fund strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with fund managers, industry experts and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; advanced degree (CFA, CAIA) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in private equity, advisory or M&A with a proven track record.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts clearly.
