IT Administrator – Manage Assets, Support & ERP

About the role

The IT Administrator will oversee daily IT operations at Sitaf Foods, ensuring that all employees have the devices, system access, and technical support needed to perform their duties efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, software licenses and track their lifecycle.
• Issue laptops, email accounts and software licenses; manage onboarding and offboarding IT requirements.
• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, connectivity and ERP‑related issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, email systems and user licenses, monitoring usage and allocation.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, troubleshooting user problems and coordinating with external vendors for advanced assistance.
• Act as primary contact for IT vendors, handling procurement, maintenance and service contracts.
• Manage server infrastructure, CCTV systems and ensure alignment with current technology standards.
• Develop and deliver internal IT training and awareness sessions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT administration or support.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to assist non‑technical users.
• Fluent English.
