IT Administrator – Manage Infrastructure & Support

About the role

The IT Administrator is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of the organization’s technology environment. You will manage hardware, software, networks, and cloud services while providing first‑ and second‑level support to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor company hardware, software, networks, and IT systems.
• Configure, install, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and manage support tickets.
• Oversee user onboarding/offboarding, system access provisioning, and training.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, manage antivirus/endpoint protection, and support security assessments.
• Maintain IT asset records, license compliance, and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are in place.
• Document IT policies, procedures, and technical guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
