IT Administrator – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the role

We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage daily IT operations at Sitaf Foods. You will ensure that all employees have the devices, system access, and support they need to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, and software licenses, tracking issuance, returns, and lifecycle.
• Issue laptops, email accounts, and software licenses; handle onboarding and offboarding IT requirements.
• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, connectivity, and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, monitor license usage, and manage user permissions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, maintenance, and advanced support.
• Oversee server infrastructure, CCTV systems, and ensure alignment with current technology standards.
• Support the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and internal training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT administration or support.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and IT asset management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
