IT Application Support Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an IT Application Support Consultant to provide L1/L2 operational and functional support for Autodesk Construction Cloud (CCDE), Autodesk Platform Services (APS) applications, and the integrated platforms that connect them. The role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access and incident tickets, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements while supporting end‑users during both rollout phases and everyday business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across CCDE (Autodesk Construction Cloud), APS applications, and related integration points.
• Manage user access, incident logging, and ensure SLA compliance for all support activities.
• Assist end users during new rollouts and provide ongoing support for business‑as‑usual activities.
• Coordinate closely with the CCDE Administrator and DevOps teams to streamline problem resolution and platform enhancements.

Required profile

• 3–6 years total professional experience with at least 2–4 years in enterprise application support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Civil Engineering, with hands‑on programming and custom integration experience.
• Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation and any relevant application support certifications.

Required skills

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (CCDE) platform.
• Experience with Autodesk Platform Services (APS) applications.
