IT Audit Supervisor

About the role

KPMG is seeking an experienced IT Audit Supervisor to join its Middle East audit team. You will provide audit engagement services for financial services clients, focusing on IT risk assessment, control testing and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct IT risk assessments as part of external audits, understanding business objectives, internal controls, technology and infrastructure.
• Document and test application automated controls and General IT Controls across a wide range of software packages.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identify key risks and evaluate fraud‑prevention controls.
• Prepare and present audit findings to stakeholders and regulators.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Post‑graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Professional qualifications such as CISA, CIA or CPA.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and database platforms (MySQL, Oracle).
