IT Co-op Trainee

About the role

Join our IT Operations team as an IT Co‑op Trainee and gain hands‑on experience supporting a corporate environment. You will be the first line of support for employees, handling technical issues, preparing hardware, and maintaining office technology.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support the local network topology and infrastructure.
• Assist with cybersecurity awareness initiatives and create user‑friendly guides.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, network, and OS issues.
• Configure, image, and set up laptops and workstations for new hires and refresh cycles.
• Log, monitor, and update IT support tickets via ServiceNow.
• Maintain and troubleshoot video‑conferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
• Enroll, configure, and manage corporate mobile devices.
• Update internal knowledge‑base articles and user guides.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about learning IT support in a corporate setting.
• Willingness to follow training and documentation processes.

Required skills

• ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Zscaler VPN for secure remote access.
• Workspace ONE for mobile device management.
• Apple/Android Device Enrollment Programs (DEP).
• ClickShare & Poly X50 video‑conferencing systems.
• Basic network monitoring concepts.
• Fundamental cybersecurity best practices.
