IT Field Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Field Support Engineer to join our team. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to end‑users, ensuring desktops, laptops, printers and enterprise applications run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for desktops, laptops, printers and other end‑user devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS and basic network issues.
• Support enterprise applications and handle application‑related incidents.
• Log, track and manage incidents and service requests using the ITSM tool.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate support teams.
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions and support activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or field support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop/laptop troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting printers, enterprise applications and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ITSM/service‑desk tools for incident and request management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
