About the role

TechMal is a one‑year graduate program designed for recent IT graduates who want to start their career in the banking technology sector. Based in Jeddah, the program combines structured learning, real‑world project work and professional development to prepare participants for a permanent role within the bank’s technology division.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing technology projects supporting the bank’s digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and business analysts to design, develop, test and deploy solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Engage in regular training workshops and mentorship activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field.
• Graduated within the last two years with a minimum GPA of 3.75/5 (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
