About the role
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide daily technical support for our employees and branches in Riyadh and Dammam. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, prepare and configure devices for new hires, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line technical support to staff across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy devices for new employees.
- Maintain documentation of incidents and solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and external support providers when needed.
Required profile
- Collaborative and approachable personality.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
