IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist to join TCG’s IT team. The role supports the headquarters in Riyadh and multiple branch locations across the Kingdom, ensuring reliable infrastructure and robust security.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure across HQ and branches, including networks, endpoints, identity services and backup solutions.
• Implement and enforce security baselines, access controls, endpoint protection, patching and incident response procedures.
• Provide hands‑on support for new branch openings, on‑site IT setups and critical incidents, including travel to branch sites.
• Deliver remote and on‑site assistance to employees in all locations.
• Design, document and continuously improve internal IT processes and tooling.
• Utilise AI‑based tools to automate routine tasks and enhance monitoring capabilities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
