IT Infrastructure & Support Manager

About the role

The IT Infrastructure & Support Manager will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company's technology backbone across its headquarters, branches, and point‑of‑sale locations. Reporting to the IT Director, you will ensure that network, communication, and security systems operate reliably and securely to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute new IT infrastructure projects, including network, VOIP, mail, and security device deployments.
• Maintain high availability and redundancy for all infrastructure nodes, including data‑center and disaster‑recovery sites.
• Oversee installation and configuration of network and system components, ensuring compliance with information‑security requirements.
• Manage the Systems and Network team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and mentoring staff.
• Provide technical guidance on hardware, software, and network design to improve performance and security.
• Monitor infrastructure health, respond to failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Support strategic planning and governance for IT service management and continuity.
