IT Integration Solutions Manager

About the role

The IT Integration Solutions Manager will lead the integration of IT systems and SaaS applications across ASMO, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. This role focuses on designing, testing, and documenting integrated solutions to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integration strategies aligned with business needs.
• Create interface specifications and guide development teams during implementation.
• Design test plans, conduct testing, and verify integrated solutions meet requirements.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, resolve defects, and improve system performance.
• Produce comprehensive documentation, including system designs and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to end‑users for integrated applications.
• Collaborate with external vendors to implement third‑party solutions.
• Onboard and integrate customers and suppliers into ASMO’s IT landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum 108 months (approximately 9 years) of experience in IT integration and solution architecture.
• Proven ability to lead integration projects and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills for feasibility studies and performance monitoring.
