IT Manager II – Operations Tech Solutions

About the role

Amazon is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the Operations Tech Solutions team at a high‑tempo Fulfillment Center in Riyadh. You will ensure that the center’s IT infrastructure runs flawlessly 24/7, supporting the rapid movement of inventory and the safety of our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee IT maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with Amazon policies, including Health & Safety.
• Coordinate trouble tickets, change management, and enforce Service Level Agreements.
• Lead IT project planning, execution, and reporting while fostering ownership across the team.
• Develop, manage, and track the IT budget throughout its lifecycle.
• Schedule staff, manage shifts, and drive continuous improvement of IT processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT operations manager.
• At least 5 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.
