IT Operations Analyst

About the role

The IT Operations Analyst supports the organization’s digital services by monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the reliability of infrastructure components. This role works closely with internal teams and external service providers to maintain continuous service availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving daily network problems while proactively monitoring events that affect services and the network.
• Prepare and maintain tools and processes for proactive event monitoring and identification.
• Coordinate activities related to digital services, applications, and infrastructure.
• Support continuous, 24/7 monitoring of network components throughout the year.
• Identify, respond to, and record faults in systems and networks, collaborating with external providers for resolution.
• Develop reports on network performance, highlighting improvement opportunities.
• Conduct basic tests of the organization’s technical infrastructure.
• Manage capacity of technical devices and components, ensuring proper utilization.
• Monitor wired and wireless network capacity to guarantee availability.
• Prepare periodic departmental reports and propose performance enhancements.
• Comply with organizational work controls, cybersecurity policies, and unit‑specific procedures.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
