IT Plant Local Support Engineer – Riyadh

About the role

Join Lenovo's manufacturing plant team in Riyadh as an IT Plant Local Support Engineer. You will be the on‑site expert for enterprise applications that keep production, supply‑chain and shop‑floor operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing‑related enterprise applications.
• Configure application functionality to meet business and technical requirements.
• Monitor performance, investigate incidents, troubleshoot and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Participate in deployments, upgrades, patching and lifecycle‑management activities.
• Contribute to operational transformation projects, including AI‑tool adoption, testing and monitoring solutions.

Required profile

• At least 24 months of relevant IT application support experience.
• Ability to work closely with local and global teams in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
