IT Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA & Applications

About the role

The Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA & Applications will lead the planning, coordination and execution of the company’s SAP S/4HANA implementation and related digital initiatives. You will manage schedules, track deliverables, coordinate resources and ensure progress across multiple workstreams such as SalesBuzz, SalesCode, Image Recognition and SO99. The role serves as the central point of contact between internal teams, business users and technology vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the SAP S/4HANA program across all phases, coordinating workstreams and implementation partners.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and quality; prepare status reports and support governance reviews.
• Manage enterprise application initiatives, maintain the application portfolio roadmap and handle change requests.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, governance meetings, steering committees and training readiness.
• Oversee testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT, performance, regression), track defects and ensure testing exit criteria.
• Lead cutover planning, Go‑Live decision making, hypercare support and transition to BAU.
• Maintain project documentation, knowledge transfer and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration.
• Preferred SAP Activate Program Manager certification.
• Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Preferred certification in any SAP module.
• Proven end‑to‑end delivery of at least two large‑scale SAP implementations.
