IT Project Coordinator

About the role

Assystem is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution and delivery of large‑scale IT initiatives. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end IT project activities across the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables and resource allocation, raising risks and issues early.
• Facilitate communication among business owners, vendors, technical teams and project managers.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and management updates to track progress.
• Manage contract‑related tasks such as SOWs, deliverable tracking and vendor performance compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience coordinating or supporting mega‑scale IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid).
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Asana or Monday.com.
• Good understanding of IT contracts, Statements of Work (SOW) and vendor management.
