IT Project Manager – Government & Giga Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large‑scale IT services engagements for government entities, giga projects and enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee complex portfolios that span cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, digital transformation and managed services, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and managed services projects.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, schedules, budgets and governance frameworks.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects while aligning with business objectives and client expectations.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, issues and change requests, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee transition, transformation and steady‑state managed services engagements, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Coordinate with service delivery teams to maintain service continuity and resolve issues.
• Lead strategic delivery for government and giga projects, managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Handle high‑value portfolio financials, revenue tracking and resource utilization.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of 30+ resources, fostering performance, coaching and capability development.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers, conducting steering committees and executive briefings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale IT projects and programs in government or enterprise settings.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, digital transformation and managed services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, budgets, profitability and resource allocation.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams of 30+ members.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including interaction with clients, consultants, vendors and senior leadership.
