IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead and oversee the delivery of technology projects across the organization, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires strong project governance, risk management, and the ability to drive projects from initiation through to successful release.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and lead IT project management processes and implementation.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and conduct quality control.
• Plan, manage, and lead Stage Gate meetings to review deliverables before SDLC transitions.
• Track project status, produce regular reports for senior management, and handle data calls and client requests.
• Build presentation decks, talking points, and status agendas for stakeholder meetings.
• Mentor team members on project management best practices and drive lessons‑learned processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience and 3+ years overall IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (SDLC, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and MS EPM.
• Experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder relationship management, and leadership skills.
