IT Specialist – Support & Infrastructure

About the role

ahb is seeking an IT Specialist to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of its technology environment. You will provide day‑to‑day technical support, maintain core infrastructure, and help keep business continuity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and permissions across company systems.
• Monitor network performance, security and connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls and best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support system upgrades, software installations and patch management.
• Ensure data backup processes function correctly and aid disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Respond to service requests, keep accurate support records and provide user training on IT systems and security awareness.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus.
