IT Support Analyst – Saudi Arabia

About the role

As an IT Support Analyst you will install, maintain and repair computer systems and equipment while providing routine technical support to ensure continuous availability of the IT network, infrastructure and equipment within defined SLA targets.

Key responsibilities

• Control assets and order stock of devices as needed.
• Assist users with hardware issuance, replacement and mobile phone setup.
• Resolve support requests within SLA and document them in the ITSM tool.
• Coordinate device repairs and liaise with vendors.
• Perform hardware refreshes, daily backup tape changes and hardware maintenance of storage and server controllers.
• Replace storage disks, server blades and conduct physical health checks of hardware, air‑conditioning, fire suppression and UPS systems.
• Execute switch upgrades, console backups and cable tracing in communications rooms.
• Troubleshoot onsite wireless issues, conduct local surveys and support video‑conferencing equipment.
• Chaperone vendors during maintenance and participate in non‑business‑hour project deployments.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years experience supporting Windows operating systems and hardware in a networked environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL service‑management processes.
• Broad software application skills and ability to master new technologies quickly.
• Knowledge of AV systems and telecommunications is a plus.
