IT Support Manager – Saudi Nationals Only (OTS)

About the role

Amazon Thunder is looking for an IT Support Manager to lead the IT team in a high‑tempo Fulfillment Center in Saudi Arabia. The role is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and focuses on maintaining a 24/7 production environment, ensuring hardware, software, server and infrastructure reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee IT maintenance, troubleshooting and compliance with Amazon policies, including Health & Safety.
• Coordinate trouble tickets and change management to meet strict Service Level Agreements.
• Manage IT projects, monitor progress and ensure delivery of technical tasks.
• Develop and control the IT budget throughout its lifecycle.
• Lead staffing, scheduling and shift planning for the IT team.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT processes and support internal customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• Relevant experience in help‑desk, technical support or service delivery.
• Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of core internet technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, mail transport, network file systems).
• Experience with Cisco networking, VOIP/SIP and mobile technologies.
