IT Team Leader (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The IT Team Leader will drive daily technical execution for backend, frontend, and mobile development teams in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the CTO, the role combines hands‑on coding with leadership to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery of software projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and monitor development tasks across backend, frontend, and mobile squads, ensuring milestones are met.
• Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide mentorship to developers.
• Resolve complex technical issues and guide the team through troubleshooting.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker‑based environments, and ensure smooth deployments.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and technical status updates for senior management.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of software development experience with proven technical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams (frontend, backend, mobile).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and team‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
