About the role
InnovationTeam is looking for a fresh graduate IT Technical Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. The role supports technical operations, IT systems and technology-related projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and IT systems
- Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining IT equipment and systems
- Support IT projects and technical implementations
- Monitor and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Help prepare and update technical documentation and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to address technical requirements
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and technical solutions
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
