IVR Developer – Design & Development of IVR Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IVR Developer to design, build and maintain automated telephony systems that enable voice‑driven self‑service applications. The role involves creating call flows, scripting voice applications and integrating backend APIs to optimise call handling.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain IVR call flows, scripts and VXML applications.
• Integrate IVR platforms with CRM databases, web services and other APIs.
• Configure and support platforms such as Cloud/Composer, Avaya Aura/Experience Portal, Zoom, Cisco and Twilio.
• Ensure proper use of telephony protocols, including SIP and VoIP.
• Work with relational databases (SQL, Oracle) to store and retrieve call data.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing IVR systems.
• Strong knowledge of SIP and VoIP technologies.
• Proficiency with SQL, Oracle or similar database technologies.
• Ability to integrate IVR solutions with CRM and other backend services.

Required skills

• IVR development and VXML scripting.
