Jira Administrator – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Jira Administrator to manage and optimise our Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments. The role involves configuring platforms to align with business and technical needs while providing day‑to‑day support to users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Configure projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, issue types, permissions, schemes and notifications.
• Manage users, groups, roles and access controls.
• Create and maintain dashboards, filters, reports and Agile boards.
• Administer Confluence spaces, pages, templates and permissions.
• Support integrations between Jira, Confluence and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support and document configurations.
• Perform upgrades, migrations, configuration changes and routine maintenance.
• Monitor platform performance and ensure system availability.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of hands‑on experience in Jira Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, screens, custom fields and permissions.
• Experience with Jira automation, dashboards, reporting and Agile boards.
• Proven ability to manage users, groups, roles and access rights.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
