Jira Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to lead the configuration and optimisation of our Jira Product Discovery and Jira Software platforms. The role will be based onsite in Saudi Arabia and will work closely with product, engineering and business teams to ensure a smooth product discovery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and administer Jira Product Discovery projects, including workflows, custom fields, scoring models and automation rules.
• Manage permissions, roles, user access and security controls across multiple product teams.
• Design and implement the end‑to‑end product discovery process, from idea intake to validation and prioritisation.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, stakeholder dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Develop and enforce governance standards, templates and configuration standards.
• Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshoot issues and monitor usage compliance.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience administering Jira Product Discovery and Jira Software.
• Onsite availability in Saudi Arabia with immediate joining.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with Product Managers, Engineers and Business Analysts.
