Jr. Site Engineer (Civil & MEP)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Saudi junior site engineers (Civil or MEP) to join our fast‑track design‑build project teams across the Kingdom. The role involves supporting site execution, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards on industrial, commercial and data‑centre projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities within the assigned Civil or MEP discipline, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Support the execution of fast‑track design‑build projects such as industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, commercial buildings and data centres.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, workforce productivity, material availability and progress against the construction programme.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that work meets engineering standards, quality requirements and client expectations.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, RFIs and other project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of construction experience, preferably in design‑build environments.
• Saudi national.
• Experience with industrial, commercial or data‑centre projects is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to review and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical construction drawings.
• OSHA or IOSH certification (or equivalent).
