Junior Executive, Communications

About the role

Consulum is looking for a Junior Executive in Communications to support senior consultants and account leads with strategic communications work for a diverse client base. The role is based in Riyadh and will involve regular travel across the region to engage with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Produce research, briefing notes and reports to inform client advice.
• Support account leads and managers in developing strategic communications plans.
• Draft messaging, talking points, press releases and digital content.
• Analyse data and present findings to shape communications strategies.
• Prepare materials for new‑business pitches and contribute to team discussions.
• Attend client meetings and travel as required.
• Support daily digital activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Contribute to data‑driven digital strategies, including content creation for social channels.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders and influencers through targeted digital plans.
• Gather baseline data, conduct stakeholder interviews and support benchmarking research.
• Manage logistics for learning‑and‑development sessions and assist with communication around learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above); Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, research or related fields.
• Resilience, adaptability and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Curiosity and openness to using AI tools for research and workflow efficiency.
• Ambition balanced with humility.
