Key Account Management Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Key Account Management Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans for its major customers in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving volume, revenue and profit targets while ensuring the company’s brands maintain market leadership within stores.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Customer Account Plans aligned with PepsiCo’s business system, covering volume, revenue, net revenue per kg, spend and gross profit targets.
• Design Visibility & Access Points strategies that match store types and support target achievement.
• Define and agree on optimal product ranges that meet shopper profiles for allocated customers.
• Collaborate with customers to create an Annual Activity Calendar that secures target fulfillment.
• Maintain dominance of SSFL brands in stores and drive new store openings.
• Prepare monthly briefs for the field team detailing confirmed activities, items, quantities, displays, pricing, POSM and mechanics.
• Negotiate and sign Customer Development Agreements (CDA) in line with the Annual Operating Plan and financial guidelines.
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers both vertically and horizontally to secure commitment to plans.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of agreed initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management within the consumer goods or beverage sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that achieve volume and profit targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience securing formal agreements with customers.
• Excellent relationship‑building capabilities across multiple levels of a customer organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal field teams and external partners.
