Key Account Manager – Diagnostics Laboratory (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to lead our diagnostics laboratory business in Riyadh. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with hospitals, laboratories and diagnostic centers, driving sales of instruments and reagents, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key customers, including hospitals, labs and healthcare institutions.
• Achieve sales targets for diagnostic instruments and reagents.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with application specialists, service engineers, logistics and support teams for successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and propose appropriate diagnostic solutions.
• Monitor reagent consumption and instrument utilization to support growth.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Participate in product demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions and scientific meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related life‑science field.
• 3–5 years of experience in diagnostics, IVD, clinical laboratory, medical devices or healthcare sales.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Experience with government tenders and large healthcare projects is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
