Key Account Manager – Retail (Dammam, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Jotun Saudia is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive sales of decorative paint products across the Eastern Province. You will build strong relationships with key retail customers, promote the product range, and ensure Jotun is recognised as a preferred supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers by analysing the market and planning visits to potential accounts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing key dealers, ensuring product usage meets sales targets.
• Respond promptly to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share.
• Monitor pricing and payment terms to reduce Days Sales Outstanding and achieve gross‑margin goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to deliver high‑quality service.
• Conduct market surveys to uncover small and mid‑size projects and support dealers in securing them.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales or Marketing.
• 4‑5 years of experience in retail sales and business development.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to develop realistic business visions, seize commercial opportunities, and focus on bottom‑line results.
• Strong communication, networking, and teamwork skills.
