Key Account Manager – Shopper Activation Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive revenue by selling innovative shopper activation solutions—including couponing, in‑store gamification and promotional campaigns—to FMCG brand managers and trade‑marketing directors in Jeddah. You will act as the strategic link between brands and retail technology, helping them influence consumer behaviour and increase sell‑out across major retail chains.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying and converting leads into new business opportunities.
• Manage a large portfolio of customers, growing profitable revenue from both new and existing accounts.
• Build long‑term relationships and act as a trusted advisor, delivering optimal marketing solutions.
• Understand customer marketing needs to provide tailored promotion plans and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed, consultative proposals based on brand briefs.
• Ensure timely collection of payments for executed campaigns.
• Continuously improve service quality through feedback loops and performance reporting to the Head of Sales.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of sales experience, preferably in a marketing agency, AdTech or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG landscape in Saudi Arabia and how marketing and trade budgets are allocated.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Existing network of contacts within marketing departments of major FMCG companies and key Saudi retailers is highly preferred.
