Key Account Sales Manager – Government, Banking, Healthcare & Commercial

About the role

H3C is seeking a dynamic Key Account Sales Manager to drive growth across government, banking, healthcare, commercial, and carrier segments. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and collaborate closely with presales and post‑sales teams to deliver strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new project opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets for assigned accounts.
• Lead presales and post‑sales teams on major projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Represent H3C at trade shows, delivering product demonstrations and client education.
• Generate qualified leads and track sales activities in an organized manner.
• Conduct internal project reviews and ensure effective communication across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5–10+ years of experience selling ICT/IT infrastructure solutions.
• Proven track record with end‑user customers and key accounts in sectors such as telco/ISP, finance, manufacturing, education, healthcare, energy, transportation, hospitality, real estate, retail, or multinational enterprises.
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
