Key Account Team Leader - Data Center & Mission Critical

About the role

The Key Account Team Leader – Data Center & Mission Critical will be based in Riyadh and will lead the growth of Daikin’s strategic business across Data Center, Healthcare and Mission Critical sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for developing and managing long‑term relationships with hyperscale and colocation operators, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, EPC and MEP contractors, consultants, developers and government organisations, and for driving business development, project acquisition and specification activities for high‑efficiency HVAC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the Data Center & Mission Critical segment in line with Daikin Saudi Arabia’s growth objectives.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities across data centres, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories, government critical facilities and other mission‑critical applications.
• Build and maintain a robust project pipeline from early specification through award and execution.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, order‑intake and profitability targets.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key decision‑makers such as hyperscale operators, colocation providers, hospital groups, healthcare authorities, pharmaceutical firms, consultants, developers, EPC and MEP contractors.
