Key Accounts Executive – Coffee & Equipment Sales

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Key Accounts Executive to lead coffee and coffee‑machine sales within the HORECA and OCS segments in Riyadh. The role focuses exclusively on coffee‑related products and equipment, requiring deep industry knowledge and a proven sales track record.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target sales opportunities for coffee products and equipment, managing client relationships and conducting business reviews.
• Open new accounts across hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering businesses, maximizing coffee and machine sales potential.
• Develop long‑term contractual relationships, overseeing coffee supply and machine service/upgrade cycles.
• Contribute to strategy development and execution aligned with the company’s business model for coffee/HORECA clients.
• Resolve customer issues related to coffee products or machine performance in coordination with technical teams.
• Collaborate with marketing on coffee‑focused branding, campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing plans and quotations to drive sales of coffee products and equipment.
• Maintain a research‑driven approach, log reports and ensure high productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the coffee industry, preferably with a roastery, equipment distributor or machine manufacturer.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional native language is a plus.

Required skills

• High proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Working knowledge of coffee machine types (espresso, bean‑to‑cup, filter/brewing systems) and coffee product categories.
