Key Customer Specialist Oncology

About the role

The Key Customer Specialist Oncology will act as the primary liaison between Bayer and key thought leaders and healthcare professionals (HCPs) across both private and governmental sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering oncology brand and disease messaging through multi‑channel approaches and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders and HCPs, ensuring alignment with Bayer’s oncology portfolio.
• Communicate disease and brand messages, co‑creating curricula with selected speakers for virtual dissemination.
• Support implementation of Bayer oncology brand strategies for high‑priority accounts, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
• Build long‑term key account plans using an 80/20 prioritisation model, identifying quick wins and future opportunities.
• Segment and target key accounts, maintain up‑to‑date HCP lists, and track scientific interests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or sales within the pharmaceutical or oncology sector.
• Strong ability to understand and address the needs of thought leaders and HCPs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
