Kids Club Assistant Manager (Luxury Resort)

About the role

The Kids Club Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of the luxury Kids Club at Raffles the Red Sea, ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for young guests and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily club functions, including facility maintenance, equipment sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Supervise and train Kids Club Attendants, reinforcing child protection and luxury service standards.
• Design and deliver age‑appropriate programs such as shell painting, scavenger hunts, kids’ yoga, and nature‑themed activities.
• Welcome families, address inquiries, manage special requests, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Enforce sign‑in/sign‑out procedures, maintain attendance records, incident reports, and emergency contacts.
• Manage inventory of toys and supplies, coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering, and assist with staff scheduling and performance appraisals.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of childcare or hospitality experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Pre‑opening experience in a luxury resort environment is highly valued.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Impeccable grooming, anticipatory service approach, and fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
