Kids Club/Youth Club Assistant Manager (Recreation AM)

About the role

The Kids Club/Youth Club Assistant Manager supports the daily operation of the hotel’s Kids Club, Youth Club and recreational activities, delivering safe, engaging and memorable experiences for children, teenagers and families.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of Kids Club, Youth Club and assigned recreation facilities.
• Supervise, guide and support team members during daily activities.
• Plan, coordinate and implement age‑appropriate recreational, educational and cultural programs.
• Maintain high standards of safety, supervision and safeguarding at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment and activity spaces.
• Prepare weekly and seasonal recreation calendars and special activity programs.
• Engage with parents and guardians, providing clear information on schedules and safety procedures.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and concerns professionally.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Experience supervising children and teenagers in a hospitality or recreation setting.
• Ability to plan and deliver creative, inclusive programs for various age groups.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families and team members.
• Attention to detail in safety checks and equipment maintenance.
