About the role
DeepSource Technologies is looking for a motivated L1 Support Engineer in Riyadh to provide first-line technical support and keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. The role suits early-career candidates who want hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Linux and Windows systems
- Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance
- Perform basic network checks and troubleshooting
- Handle incidents and requests through ticketing tools
- Support on-site operational activities as required
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Required profile
- Saudi National
- Strong English fluency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Required skills
- Basic Linux and Windows administration knowledge
- Understanding of system and application monitoring
- Basic networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing / ITSM tools is preferred
