Landscape Designer – Outdoor Spaces & Cement Integration

About the role

The Landscape Designer will join MAZ Factory For Cement Products Co. in Al Khobar on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on creating functional and aesthetic outdoor environments that incorporate the company’s cement products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and planting plans for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Design and coordinate hardscape elements such as walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other cement‑based structures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure designs meet specifications, site conditions, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits, gather feedback, and adjust designs accordingly.
• Support material selection, cost estimation, and compliance with local environmental and building regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in landscape design, hardscape design, and planting plan development.
• Strong spatial planning, visualization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp.
