Laundry Attendant

About the role

The Laundry Attendant will join the hospitality team at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea, delivering consistent, high‑quality laundry services to guests and staff. This onsite role requires a professional attitude and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and laundering duties for hotel linens, guest clothing, and other textiles in the assigned area.
• Operate washing, drying, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all items are processed according to hotel standards and delivered promptly.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Provide courteous and professional service to internal customers and guests.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
