Laundry Attendant – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Laundry Attendant to join Accor’s hotel team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Laundry Supervisor, you will ensure that all guestroom and food‑and‑beverage linens are processed, stored and distributed according to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Sort soiled guestroom and F&B linens, fill containers and label them for pick‑up.
• Identify and set aside damaged or misused linen for further investigation.
• Report any foreign objects (glass, cutlery, needles, etc.) found in the laundry area immediately.
• Fold, roll and organize clean towels, bathrobes and room linens for distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment at all times.
• Follow health‑and‑safety protocols, using PPE such as masks and gloves.
• Assist with washing linens when required, handling chemicals and lifting safely.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Support teammates and perform additional duties in the laundry area as needed.
• Participate in training sessions provided by Housekeeping and HR.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in laundry operations or housekeeping (preferred).
• Basic written and spoken English.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lb regularly.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures consistently.
• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety protocols and safe chemical handling.
