Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing analytics initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights.
• Own analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data‑quality standards.
• Monitor key marketing and business performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Design, prioritize, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Develop, maintain, and improve predictive models for attribution, forecasting, customer segmentation, and budget allocation.
• Identify opportunities to automate and continuously improve analytical processes.
• Enhance marketing measurement methodologies and establish best practices for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Experienced marketing analytics professional with a strong quantitative background.
• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven ability to transform data into actionable business insights.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of statistics and experimental design.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
• Predictive modeling expertise.
